The property itself has beach access as well and commercial grade Wi-Fi.

The Space:
Enjoy stunning ocean views from this beautiful condo! 311 at D Sands is located 30 steps up, but the balcony ocean view, full kitchen, and cozy decor are worth the climb. A family of 6 will have plenty of space in this one bedroom, one bathroom suite, with sleeping options including 2 queen beds in the bedroom, or claim the queen Murphy bed in the living room where you can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The property itself has beach access as well and commercial grade Wi-Fi.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Easy to find, and right on the beach! You can see the ocean from everywhere in the condo except the bathroom. Decorated nicely, clean, comfortable, with a nice balcony. The seagulls are kind of a nuisance, but what are you gonna do? The parking is available for everyone anywhere on the property, we never had any trouble finding a spot close to our stairwell. The only thing I didn’t like, was that they said not to back in the stalls and I always back in as that’s what AAA recommends! Not a big deal, we would stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay at this lovely property! The murphy bed was a fun and clever feature, and the beautiful beach view made our mornings truly special. Just a heads-up: there is no elevator, so it’s not easy to access if you have mobility challenges. Otherwise, a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

This apartment is great! The view is breathtaking, location is close to restaurants and shops. I could've spent the entire time lounging in the balcony staring at the ocean. Didn't care much for the pool, but it was great that the kids had an option when the beach was way too cold. and that it had a hot tub. Also, be sure to bring your own spices to cook, the only options in the kitchen were salt & pepper.

Slow M’Ocean was a wonderful property. It’s in a great location (right by the beach) which was perfect for experiencing the King Tides. The unit is exactly as pictured and had everything I needed.

Perfect family getaway

The D Sands was an ideal place to squeeze out one more weekend at the coast before the rainy season kicked in. The condo/ rooms were clean (read: no sand!). The hot tub was the perfect temp and the kids loved the pool. The landlord thankfully let us in an hour early since we arrived from out of town and our condo was ready. We will stay here again!

Beautiful Quaint Friends Trip

Beautiful condo. Lovely view. Upon arrival building needed better directions as to which condos were in which building. Map at each stairwell would help guests not make unnecessary trips with luggage up flights of stairs. Pool and hot tub needed to be more clean and/ or chemically balanced. TV sound in unit is going bad so it buzz’s all the time. Fully equipped and clean kitchen. Lovely decor and space.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay. Our unit was so clean and well stocked. It smelled fresh when we walked in and we were amazed how well updated and beautiful it is, pictures don’t do it justice! The town is cute, buy a kite at the kite and toy store across the street and while you’re there grab some firewood for a fire on the beach! Kyllos was delicious and Depoe Bay is a short drive to see whales. You have to go to the glass blowing shop a little south on 101, our kids made the prettiest souvenir. The weekend gets a little busier on the beach, but it isn’t bad! We’d stay here again!

Such an amazing view. And THANK YOU for giving people an affordable place to stay that can hold 6 people. It’s so hard finding places for our family (we have 4 kids) that isn’t so expensive and way more than we need. They all end up in our room anyway so we don’t need 3 bedrooms!! Our only complaint is that it was kind of dirty. The carpet is in big time need of cleaning. We appreciated it so much though and the kids loved the pool!!

Great little condo on the beach!

We take an annual trip to the beach for my fiancé's birthday. It has been our tradition for the 3 years we have been together. This is our 2nd stay at D Sands and we love it. This year was particularly stressful over the holidays, so this little get-away to decompress and reconnect was just what the doctor ordered. We checked in on Friday and never left the room until Sunday morning at checkout. Lots of time was spent cuddling and staring at the ocean. This place has an incredible view of the beach!Overall the place was very clean and tidy. We had a couple maintenance issues that management was super quick to resolve. The level of customer service provided by the management team is amazing!My only comments for any room for improvement are that the unit we stayed in could use a little updating. Other than that we were very happy with our stay and will be back!

View of the ocean was spectacular. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Beds were good. For me, because of shorter legs, it was a little difficult to get out of the recliner.

Overall good stay. Only negatives were very dirty carpet and was only given a little over a roll of toliet paper for a 5 night stay. Oh and really wish there was a washer and dryer at least on site. Other than that kitchen had most of what was needed, great beach and view from balcony. Had games and some movies.
