This resort-style two-bedroom, two-bath condo is very generously sized and located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island, commonly known as Fort Myers Beach.

Gullwing 604 is within walking distance of a public marina, movie theater and restaurants. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Southwest Florida International Airport.

The beach in this portion of the island is expansive, connecting vacationers to seven miles of sugar-white sand beach. Trolley service is available from directly in front of the resort to the secluded Lover’s Key Park and lively Times Square.

Times Square is the downtown area of Fort Myers Beach and one of the most iconic areas of the town with a variety of beachfront retail and restaurant establishments along with the famous pier and public beach access.

Get away with Mom.

Great location and clean condo. Had some issues, that the management company always just said, they would put a request in to get repairs done. Repairs were never completed. Multiple non-functioning blinds, only one of 3 TVs worked completely and clogged garbage disposal. Also would take note that multiple screens were missing from the outside porch and were covered with plastic black mesh. Definite eye sore. Pool and beach were perfect. If you plan on doing much cooking, this apt. is not for you.

Nice location, not worth the extra fees

Property location is nice, but all the extra fees does not make it worth it. However the unit does not comfortably sleep 6 adults'. Be sure to ask questions and be prepared to supply any and all amenities, even if its listed that the amenity is included.

Nice to be back in FMB

The Gullwing was one of the only properties renting in south Fort Myers Beach. We have been waiting to get since the hurricane. The condo was beautiful. The complex is actually under construction but it wasn’t bad at all. FMB is still a work in progress. Very few stores open and a lot of construction. Stop to buy things in Bonita Springs or in San Carlos. Recommend this condo!
