Villa Xapala. A holiday home in the typical Mallorcan style. Garden, pool.
We rent a cottage for 12 people (5 double bedrooms) plus tower room with sofa bed. The object consists of an apartment. You will find 2 dining places for 12 people each. The barbecue area has a separate kitchen with china, pots, glasses, cutlery, etc. and a separate dishwasher, sink and fridge / freezer. There is a garage for bicycles or diving equipment. The diving station is 700 meters away. All three beaches of Cala Ratjada are not more than 1000 meters away. The house was completely renovated in 2018/2019 and is equipped with all technical standards. All bathrooms have been completely renewed incl. Kitchen and the furniture.
