Precious and very well-maintained house in the centre of Artá.



If you are looking for accommodation to spend pleasant holidays with your family and friends, in Alcariot you will find the comfort and charm you are looking for.



Capacity for 12 people.



This beautiful village house offers you a successful combination of tradition and modernity in 250 m2 and is divided into several floors:



On the ground floor, you will find the dining room and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays. In addition, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and another with a double bed. These bedrooms also have an en-suite bathroom.



A few steps will take you to the next floor, where there are two more bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and en-suite bathrooms.



The house is fully air-conditioned (cold/heat) and there is a fireplace in the living room for cosy winter nights.



Enjoy the beautiful patio where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. From here, you can access a spa area to cool off on hot days. There is also an outdoor toilet.

From the roof terrace, you have an unforgettable view of the beautiful Artà!

Superb accommodation in the heart of Arta.

The house was big and very clean. Very comfortable stay for 12 people. The service was 5 star. Always ready to help. The spa wasn’t working well. There was a water leak in the kitchen from the bathroom above which you were aware of and somehow didn’t fix from before or inform us that it was there.

Great location when in Mallorca

Great location when in Mallorca. Arta is very quite town at night with lots to do during the day, and close enough to main beaches (20-25 min taxi rides). Decent restaurants, but with some quick research you can find great ones outside the tourist square within walking distance. One of the best parts is the short distance between the house and grocery store allowing daily trips to grab anything you may wantfeel like for the day. There is also a farmers market on Tuesday which is an amazing morning activity which offers some great local food, jewelry and much more.

Overall, we loved our stay in Arta. The house is beautiful and comfortable and fit our family of 9 well. The location is great, within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. We were able to park in a free public lot near the house. There is a lot of info provided in the welcome email including what to do if the water doesn’t work and trash pick up. Arta is a great little town! There is an amazing market in n Tuesdays. The downside of our visit, ants in the main bedroom even though there was no food in there. We were told this is an island wide problem but it would have been helpful to have ant traps set out. The spa did not work. It did not heat up and the pump was so loud that it could not be left on if we were sitting in the courtyard. We notified the agency more than once. They did send someone one time to look at it and it stopped working again within a half hour. We were told by this worker that the spa had ongoing issues and never worked correctly. When I emailed the agency that it was still not working and we would like to be compensated, they said they would send someone to fix it. We never saw anyone come to look at it a second time and It was never fixed and my request was ignored. This was a huge disappointment as the beautiful looking spa was a selling point, especially for the children and they were not able to use it. We do feel like this was an inaccurate listing as the agency had prior knowledge of the spa not working correctly.

El sitio es espectacular, lo único es q la habitación de abajo solo la utilizamos la primera noche porque vimos que había cucarachas y tuvimos que dormir 3 en una cama.Si que es cierto que nos faltaron servicios básicos como bolsas de basura, lavavajillas, detergente, etcPero tengo que decir que la casa estaba fenomenal y muy cuidada

La casa è davvero stupenda, molto curata, spaziosa e ben arredata! La cucina è ben attrezzata, ogni camera ha il proprio bagno e il grande tavolo all’esterno, ma riparato, è perfetto per le cene in compagnia!! La piscina è piccola, ma davvero un gioiellino!Non c’è il parcheggio nella casa, ma a pochi passi c’è un parcheggio pubblico, anche il supermercato è raggiungibile a piedi e diverse spiagge stupende sono raggiungibili in 15/20 minuti circa di macchina. Il servizio dell’host è stato ottimo: gentilezza e velocità! Nelle strette stradine di Artà questa splendida casa è davvero una bellissima sorpresa! Assolutamente consigliata!!!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit den 11 Personen unserer Familie (4 - 78 Jahre). Das Haus ist in sehr zentraler Lage, so dass sich alles fußläufig erreichen lässt. Das Stadthaus verfügt über einen schönen Innenausbau. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer in den oberen Geschossen sind sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Je nach Temperaturen nutzt man den Patio oder die Dachterrasse mit netter Aussicht über die Dächer. Leider konnten wir bei Ankunft das Bade-und Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss wegen starker Stockflecken und entsprechenden Geruchs nicht benutzen. Dies wurde nach 3 Tagen mit chlorhaltigen Reinigungsmitteln behandelt, so dass wir uns auf 4 Schlafzimmer zusammengerückt sind (es gab ein Beistellbett).Wenn alle 11 Personen zusammensitzen wollten, musste man die Stühle zwischen den Terrassen und den Essbereich etwas umverteilen.Der Parkplatz war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, am Haus konnte problemlos ein- und ausgeladen werden.

Una casa bonita y cómoda. Muy limpia y agradable. Muy recomendable. Si llevas coche y lo usas de casa base esta muy bien, ya que tienes el spa y buena cocina para cenar y relajarse después de pasar el día viendo cosas. El pueblo también es bonito para pasear. Repetiriamos.
