Altenkirchen holiday house for large groups

In the holiday home, which was completed in 2018, there are 5 bedrooms (with insect protection) on the ground and upper floors. 3 bedrooms have double beds (each 200 x 200 cm; 2 of which are box spring beds) and 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The house has modern underfloor heating. 3 bathrooms are available to holidaymakers on the ground floor and top floor. All bathrooms have showers, in one bathroom you will also find a bathtub. Liquid soap and a filled toilet paper container are in every bathroom, hairdryer is in the bathroom cabinet.
In the expanded top roof area (only open to 11 or more people) there is another living / bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) for max. 3 persons. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms include a flat screen TV, large wardrobe and smoke detectors. Free sockets for charging the smartphones were also considered. In a bedroom there is also a cot (1.4 mx 0.7 m). In the other two bedrooms with double beds, a further 2 children's travel beds can be set up for a fee, as there is enough space. Children's highchairs can be provided for a fee. The upper floor can be secured by a stair gate for the little ones. A total of 13 sleeping options (11 beds + 1 sofa bed for 2 people) and a cot are available.

The large eat-in kitchen (insect protection) is accordingly equipped with enough chairs, large tables and a large kitchen (2 refrigerators + extra freezer block). Crockery and glasses are sufficiently available (usually 18 or more), so that there is also a plate or glass left when the dishwasher is running. Double coffee machine and double long slot toaster are designed for large breakfast laps. Oven with ceramic hob, kettle and microwave are of course also included. Dish towels, tea lights, garbage bags, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs and detergent for the initial equipment are also available. We have put in a wide selection of kitchen utensils for you. The two large kitchen tables have space for 10 to 14 people.
In addition to the large flat screen for viewing together, there is also a DVD player and CD radio from Sony.

The patio furniture is also designed for the number of people. In addition to 2 large parasols, two beach chairs and a large grill are available on the 50 m² terrace. Sun beds can also be provided.
Free WiFi is available throughout the house. Bed linen and towels are optional (€ 11 per person per stay). Washer and dryer can be used for a fee and by arrangement.
