This house was perfect for two grandparents and three families with small children. There were many, many beds, and the back yard swingset was a hit. The host was very prompt in answering my one question.

We had a wonderful stay with all of my children was a huge home that fit us all. It was right next to a busy road So the backyard was kind of loud,.. but not a big deal. The backyard was beautiful.

Furniture and toilet seats need fixed. The ice cube maker was slow and the water heater couldn't keep up with a crowd. The house is beautiful and the beds were nice. We have stayed here before, several years ago and the price was reasonable. It was very expensive this time

This house served its purpose for a group of 9 adults on a ski trip. It could use some TLC as it’s obviously been rented quite a bit.

The house is in a great neighborhood and easy to find, the beds are comfortable and there are a lot of them. The owner was responsive and great to work with. However it really needs to be cleaned and some maintenance done.

Fantastic stay! Plenty of room.

We had a great reunion at Caitlin's property. There was plenty of room for 5 families and lots to do in the area. Our host was on top of any concerns we had and made it for a pleasant stay. Would stay there again.

Plenty of sleeping room for groups and adults. Well stocked. Great hot tub and outdoor eating area. Great hub for things around the Salt Lake area.

Perfect base for a business retreat

Tons of sleeping space with comfortable beds. We had an outside dinner party with our group and the lights made it so beautiful. Was perfect weather. Had lots of good places to eat just a few miles down the road. 2nd time we've stayed here ❤️ weve stayed at this

This place was a great place to stay. We had all the room we needed. All the rooms were large and having king beds in almost every one of them made all our adult stayers very happy. The bunk beds kept the kids very happy and the large fenced in yard with no way out was a must for the small children and the dogs... While there were some safety items that could have been taken care of ahead of time to make our stay just a little better when we contacted the host they got right on coming and fixing this situation the best they could which goes far in my book. The addition ones were also discussed and I believe they will be handled before the next person comes. The water pressure was wonderful and always nice and hot with everyone we had showering and getting ready. The hot tub was ready to go as well and they were stocked with enough coffee, paper plates and stuff like that to get us through the first evening till we could get to the store. Which again. Are small things that make an impact... This was a fantastic place to stay with a very central location to the things we were doing. I highly recommend this house. The house was great. The fenced yard was great. Beds were comfortable, shower hot and pressured, which isn't always the case at many places I have stayed. Including hotels. I give five stars for sure as I believe the few things I spoke to the host on will be remedied for the next group staying there.Till next time. Which we will be staying here again 100 percent.

The house was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. The sleeping set up was great for the bridal party, married couples, and the singles. With over 20 people, we never felt crowded or that we didn’t have enough space. The backyard was fantastic for sitting out at night. Caitlin was fantastic and always responded quickly to any questions that we had.5/5 stars for sure!!

Great for large family groups

The house is great for large groups. There are a variety of room arrangements that can accommodate whole families in one room, which is awesome. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was nice and warm. It definitely could use some updates and minor fixes, but for the amount of people it can accommodate, it was a great choice for our group. The host was quick to respond and helpful.

house close to wedding venue

Stayed with extended family for a wedding a few blocks away. Great family home. Plenty of room to house all 20 of us. Our host way super responsive and very helpful. If we ever need to stay in the area again this will be our go to family rental!

Great for large families!

We had 31 people and there was plenty of space for all. Love the size of pantry and there are so many rooms to spread out. The hot tub in backyard was a hit. We would come back!

Great house for wrestling tournament crew

We had 22 people w/ plenty of room for everyone. 15 minutes from the Zion Banks Real Academy. 25 from SLC airport. Caitlin was such a great host! House was awesome! Beds were comfy! Check in/out was so easy and she had great communication and was so accommodating. Close to lots of food! Would 10/10 stay again!
