About this property

We created our casita to share with guests who want a quiet, contemporary space that is conveniently located to shops, freeways, and local mountains and lakes. We completed the casita February 2022 and the furnishings are brand new. It’s full of light with vaulted ceilings. The space is comfortable and relaxing. Kitchenette is equipped with microwave, convection oven, refrigerator, and other small appliances. Guests can enjoy the outdoor living space, patio and barbecue. Parking off the street is available.

Perfect for solo travelers and couples traveling light

Kathy was a doting host and very proud of the lovely little abode they have created. It is very well done and well-appointed with everything that you need. It is located in the fenced sideyard so you will definitely feel safe while staying here. Very quiet and close to downtown Clovis, parks and trails.
