Private suite with living room, bedroom, full bath, and kitchenette with stove top. Also has access to private laundry as well upon request.

There is no shared space with the main house.

Also all of us are vaccinated for covid 19 and abide by sanitization standards for such.

You have your own private walkway and entrance with google nest smart lock.

My husband and I stayed for a week . It was a very nice place. Close to Yosemite and the Sequoia National Park. Clovis was very nice also. The downtown had some great Antiques shops. The owner was very accommodating and if I had any questions he replied quickly . We had an Excellent stay !

My husband and I were coming to Fresno for a few days and this little place was great! We were very happy with the area and the place was clean and comfortable. The host was on site and available for questions!

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Easy access and well kept. The listing noted that there are a washer and dryer on site. We packed accordingly and unfortunately no machines in the apartment.

Quiet and Cozy

It's a perfect place for our stay. Host is very responsive. The place is very quiet and in a very safe neighborhood. The poms are very adorable. It's the highlight of our stay being able to pet them. We will definitely come back to this place if we are around this area.

Clean and cozy

This unit was tastefully furnished and decorated. The host was very responsive, and quick to reply to any messages. There is a private entrance, through the fence, on the side of the building. The location is an upscale, quiet neighborhood on the edges of the city. Though the unit is a bit small, it was comfortable, pleasant, and favorably priced.

Great location

Overall the place had all I needed. However, there was a smell to the place I couldn’t get rid of. The cleanliness was slightly lacking. Bathroom needed some additional cleaning, dust on the table and lamp in the living area. Carpet in the bedroom had stains. Towels in the bathroom, were old, thin and mismatched and rags were baby rags left for me. Also sheets were dark blue which for me, gives me the ick. I prefer a white as I feel it’s more sanitary, but that’s a personal preference.

Regarding the concerns you mentioned, I want to clarify that previous and subsequent guests haven’t noted any issues with odors. However, I completely understand how important comfort is during a stay. In the future, if you ever experience something similar, please don’t hesitate to notify the host right away—we’re always happy to address any concerns promptly. I’ve already informed our cleaner about the dust you mentioned to ensure it’s handled more thoroughly moving forward. As for the towels, we replaced them shortly after your stay, and I apologize if the ones you received weren’t up to standard. Regarding the carpet, it was professionally cleaned last month, but unfortunately, some stains are permanent. This is exactly why we’ve made the decision to replace it with tile soon. Lastly, about the blue sheets—thank you for pointing that out. We do have other sheet options, including white ones, but they were being laundered after the previous guest's stay. If you had let us know during your visit, we would have gladly provided a different set right away to ensure your comfort. Thanks again for your feedback. Clovis is an amazing place. This area is near the outskirts of town but is 5 minutes away from freeway access. It's quiet but not isolated.
