Great little place for price!

This is one of the better places we’ve stayed in at this price point, and we’re glad it was affordable to us. The hosts are great and attentive, and our main suggestion is to get an instructions sheet for guests with pertinent info so then you don’t have to text them. In a quiet, dead end street, close to Pinellas bike trail and about 15 minute bike ride to beach. Loved having laundry and decent kitchenware. Cute town of Dunedin is only 3 miles away and on bike trail. The bidet toilet is a hoot and a holler and you can experience that. We would definitely stay again.

Clearwater Like a Native

Perfect accommodations for spending days or weeks in the Clearwater/Tampa area. We’ll-kept quiet neighborhood away from US 19 but close to downtown CW, Dunedin and CW beaches. All new appliances and fixtures. Off street parking. Host and hostess very accommodating. I’ve already recommended this location to family and friends.
