Best Value for a stand alone renovated Garage apartment with tropical fenced yard in Largo, just 4.1 miles from Clearwater Beach. All new white beaded pine walls and vaulted ceiling with original Italian tile floors. 239 square feet studio with lots of windows The Pinellas Bike Trail is just down the block and you can ride a bicycle only trail to Clearwater Beach and Dunedin with no traffic. Cozy and comfortable, it s a great alternative to a small hotel room , great for monthly stays and snow birds and about half the price Onsite property manager will assist you with having a great stay, includes free parking for car or boat, RV Snowbirds love this Bungalow

Dear Friends Welcome to our owners story. Karen from California and Capt Al from New Jersey manage Clearwater Cottages in Clearwater Beach. This is our house in Largo and we invite you to enjoy our Bungalow in the tropical yard. We love living near the beach and hope you enjoy visiting.

Largo is just four miles from Clearwater Beach and is nice quiet neighborhood with great property values. We love old cottages with charm and this is one of them.
What makes this property unique
Enjoy a private bungalow for half the price of a roadside motel with lots of privacy Private driveway and fenced tropical yard. Its quiet and you dont have to hear people and cars comming and going all night Your are near the beach for a third of the price with great support staff to help. This is the lowest price one bedroom in Largo and we get mostly monthly rentals, however you can reserve with the 4 day minimum.
