PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The beautiful house is located in northern Dalmatia, on the island of Ugljan in the resort Preko and is only about 30 m from the sea.

Here are rented 6 apartments for 4-8 persons. The apartments have Wi-Fi Internet, private parking, satellite TV, air conditioning, a furnished terrace or balcony, a kitchen or kitchenette and a private bathroom. Two of the apartments also have sea views.

The cottage offers its guests a boat dock, a boat, a yard / garden use with sun and garden terrace and a barbecue.

An outdoor shower and a playground with a slide, sandpit and swing are located in the garden. In the house guests can play table football, darts and billiards.

4 bicycles are available to guests for excursions.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed.

Bicycles are just waiting for you, all of it free of charge.

The Apartment is our ground floor apartment placed just beneath terrace. What makes this Villa special is different amenties for our guests from BBQ, par for kids, table football, bicycles, laundry room and sauna. If you wish to invite your frends for a holiday, no need to worry as we have another five apartments.
