Die Wohnung (65qm) ist mit **** Sternen zertifiziert und liegt auf dem Lande. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Autostellplatz, einen Spielplatz im Garten und auch in unmittelbarer Nähe (200Meter). Der große Garten kann mitbenutzt werden. Im Garten befindet sich ein Gartenhaus welches für Grillabende genutzt werden kann. Gerne organisieren wir für Sie gegen Aufpreis einen Grillabend. Bei Anreise kann ein kleiner Vorrat an Lebensmitteln und Getränken besorgt werden, welche vom Gast bezahlt werden müssen. Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und ist mit 2 Schlafräumen ausgestattet, diese verfügen über ein Doppelbett und Einzelbetten. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch, ein Fernseher und ein Radio. Die separaten Küche mit Geschirrspüler rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Das Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche und Badewanne lädt zum erholen ein. In etwa 4 km Entfernung befinden sich Lebensmittelmärkte, Bäcker, ein Arzt, eine Apotheke und ein Metzger. Ein Frei bzw. Hallenbad ist in Rötz etwa 4 km entfernt.

Genau das, was wir gesucht hatten....
...allerdings wäre uns ein Balkon auch Recht gewesen.
Objekt, Lage sowie die Möglichkeiten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung: Alles einwandfrei.
Leider konnten wir nicht alles ausschöpfen, dafür war die eine Woche einfach zu kurz.
