Villa Lofos, which means “the hill”.
Relax here in complete peace and quiet in the middle of beautiful nature! You see the White Mountains, the Akrotiri Peninsula and look out over the sea - simply a magnificent panorama! Here you can unwind and unwind!

The modern villa was built from natural stone and has 70 cm thick external walls, which offers unique living comfort! Coolness in summer and warmth in the colder seasons.

Due to the architecture of the villa you have a fantastic sea view from all rooms and bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is the large living room, the dining area, the kitchen and a guest toilet with washing machine. The living room is fully equipped with satellite TV, stereo system, WiFi... The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two daylight bathrooms (ensuite). The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be put together. The associated daylight bathrooms are each equipped with a large, barrier-free shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony or terrace. You can even enjoy the fantastic view of the blue Mediterranean from your bed. In front of the kitchen there is a permanently covered terrace with seating. In front of the living room is the approximately 19 m long pergola. Have breakfast on this terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture, with an unsurpassable sea view!

Relax on the spacious terrace that surrounds the approx. 50 square meter heated infiniti pool. (Pool heating is not included in the price and will be charged additionally).

Here is also the shaded pool deck with comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers! Next to the pool is the exclusive whirlpool with breathtaking views of the sea. You can show off your grilling skills at the brick outdoor grill.

You can park your car under the shaded carport.

The villa stands on a plot of over 2,000 square meters and the garden area is designed in a Mediterranean style.

Villa Lofos is of course fully equipped. Bed linen, towels, shower towels, tea towels, hairdryer, iron… everything is available.
For stays of more than 7 nights, an interim cleaning in the middle of the booked period is included.

The villa has no heating and can be heated with the wood stove and AC in the cooler seasons.
The pool cannot be heated when it is very cold or stormy.
Pool heating is not included in the price. Ask us.

**16.11. - 31.03.. the prices are without electricity! Electricity is charged extra based on consumption. Price on request.

The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.

The length of stay from December 1st. until 31.03. is at least 21 nights.

The length of stay from April 1st. until May 21st is at least 7 nights.

From April 1st - 06.11. All additional costs are included in the rental price.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €15/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
