Located in the heart of Sarasota, close to Beaches, and Tarpon Bay, and many activities. This first-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit has recently been remodeled with a large walk in shower. This room includes a Queeen bed with a very comfortable Sofa Bed. Enjoy warm tropical breezes, sparkling waters and dazzling sunsets of the Ramada Waterfront . The Tiki Bar and heated outdoor swimming pool have spectacular views of the marina. Close to beautiful white sand beaches of Siesta Key, Lido Key, & Anna Maria Island. Bring your boat or rent one at the marina.

Wonderful room

The space was just what we needed for our trip to Sarasota. It was well stocked with towels, linens, cleaning supplies, and kitchen supplies. The restaurant and bar on site was delicious with a great view. The room was very clean and we will definitely be staying here again.

We had a few issues with the area of the property, but owner was very receptive and accommodating. A good choice for a short term stay.

Per the pictures shown, I was under the impression the water view was from outside the room. There is zero view of anything anywhere near this room. It is extremely small & in my opinion overpriced for what it is. There were childrens clothes in the floor in the bathroom so I cant imagine its being cleaned very well. The room was well stocked with towels, linens & coffee. The water dispenser was completely out of water. A full bottle was there however we couldn't switch them because of a large pad lock on it? Strange. Overall a bit disappointed & wouldn't stay again.

I apologize that you were not pleased with the room. The ad states exactly what the room is and what it includes. It does not say anything about a water view. If you wanted a water view, you could have contacted me and I would have given you an option to move to my other room on the water. Also, I cannot correct anything if you do not contact me and let me know if the room is not to your satisfaction or the water needs to be changed. There is a lock on it so the guests know that no one has tampered with the water and it's always clean. There are plenty of great reviews for this room and I even stay there with my family on getaways. If you would like to let me show you a better experience, please contact me for a discount.

The Best of Sarasota

Property was beautifully decorated and well stocked with supplies. It included a sofa and table for longer term users. Great renovated walk-in shower. Excellent facility with heated pool and very active Tiki bar for food and drink. Excellent location close to Sarasota harbor, downtown, beaches, and many museums and performing venues. Owner was extremely responsive and lived near-by for providing fast services. Would definitely recommend this property.

Property decor was very cute. Check-in was super easy. Nice to have a couch to sit on. Extra linens were appreciated. The water dispenser was great to have. The not so great…. Bed was noisy. There was so much humidity in the room that papers we were given, i.e., property map, nearby restaurants, were curling up. Our clothes were damp and towels didn’t dry. The humidity was almost like camping outdoors. The entrance door has gaps pretty much around the entire door.

Fabulous Newly Renovated Unit - Excellent Host!

We have stayed in several units in this property and this is by far the best! The pictures don’t show how well equipped and immaculate it is - from the Keurig coffee maker, an abundance of beach and bath towels and a lovely welcome basket filled with snacks and other goodies! The host was on point, responding to any message within minutes as well as checking in during our stay to ensure all was going well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience- and will definitely be returning to this unit again!

I have personally stayed here with my family to ensure that it's a great place to stay and everyone has a great experience. The room is quiet and very comfortable. The property is very close to the most beautiful beaches Florida has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This property has a Marina that leads out to the Bay. The Tiki Bar has some of the best food in the area and you definitely would enjoy watching the sunset. It's just a very friendly and nice place to stay. It's also centrally located for a short drive to many beaches, nice restaurants, and shopping.
