Der Gschwendtnerhof liegt im Hochtal Hintergschwendt am Fuße der Kampenwand und ist ganzjährig mit dem PKW erreichbar. Von April bis Oktober besteht eine Busverbindung nach Bernau und zum Chiemsee. Eingebettet in idyllische Natur, umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, bieten sich neben zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Bergsteigen und Mountainbiken eindrucksvolle Ausblicke auf die Berge und das "Bayerische Meer". Hintergschwendt ist ein ruhiger Ortsteil der Gemeinde Aschau i.Chiemgau. Im Jahre 1984 wurde der Gschwendtnerhof als Ferienwohnanlage mit 26 Ferienwohnungen und einer Gaststätte im oberbayerischen Bauernstil neu erbaut.
Die Ein-Zimmer Ferienwohnung ist geeignet für bis zu 3 Personen, ist familienfreundlich, komplett ausgestattet und hat eine Größe von 35 qm. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbet und einem Schlafsofa, TV, Radio, W-LAN, Kochnische mit einer Einbauküche, 2-Zonen Kochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Staubsauger. Badezimmer mit Dusch-/Badewanne und WC.
