Totally remodeled home inside and out. Contemporary and spacious but still feels like home. Enjoy the beautiful setting overlooking the Canal from almost every room. The home has a smart home speaker and app. Talk to it to play your favorite music, turn on a table lamp or change the temperature.

All three bedrooms have tvs and ceiling fans. There is one Pack n Play.
The pool has fun, automatic color changing fiber optic lighting. Solar heat keeps the pool water at a nice temperature. There is an electric pool heating system that we can turn on remotely if requested. This system will heat the pool to 84 degrees. The cost is only $35 per day for each day of heating. Please keep in mind if air temperatures are below 50 degrees, even overnight, the pool may not be able to keep the temperature to 84 degrees.
When you are ready to be inside, play pool in the Florida room and ping pong in the garage.

Don’t forget to go to the beach! The home is close to several beaches, all about 10 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are only 10 minutes away as well. The city of Flagler is about 20 minutes down A1A, which is a fun place to visit, grab a bite to eat, enjoy the winery and walk on the beach. We list some of our favorite places to visit and eat in a visitor’s book at the house.

Plenty of space very open. Excellent for families. Love love love the way the outdoor and indoor space can be open together so everyone can be together in two different spaces. Kitchen and home is well stocked. Great place to stay overall.

I'm so sorry Marriane for the issues you had with the TV and washing machine. Yes things break and need fixing, (of course right after I was there and worked to make sure everything was working!).The home was completely remodeled three years ago. My property manager assistant and I work regularly to keep up and maintain. In our discussions about the TV and washer, you indicated that it was fine to wait until your departure to fix or replace the items. The day after your departure, I replaced the TV, washer and dryer with new appliances. If I had known of other issues to take care of during you stay, I certainly would have been happy to address them.

Great Property

Had a great time with family. The house was good size with a huge kitchen and family room. Pool was perfect size with more than enough seating. The seating area by the canal also has plenty of chairs. The house is in a nice quiet area and was exactly what we wanted. Brian answered my questions quickly and was ready to help make our stay perfect. Thank you Brian you have a awesome home and we will be staying here if we come back to Palm Coast

Great Spacious House

Amazing house with lots of room. We had 3 couples and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of seating all over the house and the kitchen is stocked with the necessary items. Loved having the pool table as an extra fun item. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We did enjoy the pool as well. Brian was very responsive to my messages before checking in and during our stay.

Florida fun!

We loved the house- our kids were huge fans of the pool and the pool table! Hot tub was plenty big for 4 adults and so relaxing. Brian is very good at communicating and the house is laid out so nicely with many seating areas. The kitchen is beautiful and we loved congregating around the big island. The Google home automation system is great for music and lighting. Hoping to return some day!

We enjoyed our stay at the Manor on the Canal. The house is very spacious and modern with comfortable beds and sofas. The online photos are accurate. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and the canal is scenic. We had the pool heated and enjoyed it every day. Brian is great at communication.

Beautful home/water view

If you fish and stay here take a fishing rod. Fish jumping out of water all day. Little far to beach for us but overall great location. Couple hiccups but owner was fast to respond. Came across a live gator on our walk to Circle K about 3 foot, harmless.

Everything is here for you. The house is spacious and inclusive. There is room for the whole group to get together or or three dufferent large living room settings for sub groups. The outside pool/hot tub area is the same as inside. It is setup for lots of people to get together and enjoy. Right out back you have the patio and dock on the canal. The area is very quiet. You feel at home as soon as you open the front door. If you have a question, your host is back to you in no time!

Family Birthday weekend

The house is beautiful loved the layout of home. The Google hub had some family members uneasy due to they felt they were being listened to. The waterfall that was recently installed is a nice addition. Loved all the trees in yard. Yes there is salt water fishing a few were caught and released. All in all had a wonderful time and Brian is very responsive when had questions which was wonderful. The birthday weekend was relaxing and enough room for all to enjoy.

Terrific time with Family in October

My sisters and I met here for a few days in late October 2023. It was a lovely house in a lovely location. The house is very spacious and everything was as expected. We spent almost all of our time outside in the pool or on the lanai. The owner was excellent in communicating with us. The hot tub was leaking and could have been used if we wanted. This was't a problem for us, but the owner was working to get it fixed as soon as possible. I would not hestitate to rent this house again.

I live primarily in Minnesota with my wife. We both recently retired early. I love to play more pickleball and love the people I get to meet. I think that's why I love to have two vacation rental properties to take care of and manage. I love to meet people and see them happy. A lot of communication is just through email, but it's still fun.

Everything about this property is amazing. I fell in love with the huge corner lot and the layout of the floor plan. Every thing flows so well. I think it's perfect inside and out!

What makes this property unique

Having the dock and deck at the waters edge is amazing when the sun sets in the west. When I'm there, I make sure I'm at the dock ready for the sunset every day I can!
