A small grocery store and a bus stop for the connection to Buxtehude and Stade are nearby. Distance to: -Airbus Hamburg-Finkenwerder approx. 20 km-Airbus Stade-Ottenbeck-the companies DOW / Prokon / AOS, Stade-Bützfleth approx. 13 km. South of the municipality is the federal road 73 that connects Buxtehude with Stade. In addition, the A 26 is under construction south of Mittelkirchen towards Hamburg. The apartment house is located in the Alten Land, the largest contiguous fruit growing area in Northern Europe, directly on the Lühe between Stade and Hamburg.
