Leider ein sanierungsbedürftiges Badezimmer. + Schöner Schnitt + Gute Küche mit großer Ausstattung + Schöne Möbel + Sehr gute Lage - dringend sanierungsbedürftige Dusche - WC Deckel unangenehm vom Geruch, sollte ersetzt werden - Boiler Einstellungen schwierig, kleiner Bereich zwischen verbrühen und kalt - verbesserungswürdige Reinigung an WC, unter Schlafcouch, Balkon

Hallo Die Schlüsselübergabe war schnell und unkompliziert. Der Verwalter war sehr nett und hatte auch gute Tips zwecks Unternehmungen für uns. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee ist total super. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, direkter Blick auf die Ostsee. Super Ausgangslage für verschiedene Ausflüge. Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, sehr modern und hat eine super Ausstattung. Lediglich das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war sehr ruhig, man konnte sich super erholen. Auch die Organisation drum herum hat klasse geklappt.
