What a stunning home and property. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The property was in the perfect location, the pool was delightful, and the house was sparkling clean. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice property and good location; hvac was out the first few days but once fixed went more smoothly. Owners are responsive. Pool was great and yard great for kids. Couple of wasp nests that need to be removed from front porch near swing.

Hi Heather, thanks for letting us know about the wasp nests, we will get pest control out to take care of that. They must have been very recent as we had the house pressure washed just before Memorial Day weekend.

Perfect House, Great Location

This house is a perfect setup for a large family with children. The three bedrooms are large with three full baths. The pool and outside amenities were just great. My grandsons loved the zip-line, soccer goal, and especially night swimming with the colored pool lights. The kitchen is very nice and anything you would need is provided. Dan will even provide a golf cart for easy access to the beach for a really good rate. The gourmet doughnuts that he had delivered were a little happy which we all enjoyed!! We will definitely stay again.

The house accomadated us nicely. Pool and things to do in yard was great. Had everything you would need for the beach. My only suggestion is change out living room couches, or at least one of them. They are very low which makes it very hard to get out of for the older folks. They just werent very comfortable.

Allie court is one of the best locations on the Island, centrally located to everything, and easy walk to the beach or the IOP recreation center but quiet and surrounded by great neighbors.
