Incredible location, 5min walk to the beach at 30th Ave, 2 blocks from soccer, tennis, basketball, a huge playground and park at the IOP Rec center. Large fenced & landscaped back yard with live oaks, new swimming pool and outdoor shower. Sunny deck & screened porch. 20min to downtown Charleston.

Allie court is one of the best locations on the Island, centrally located to everything, and easy walk to the beach or the IOP recreation center but quiet and surrounded by great neighbors.

Beautiful pool, large fenced and landscaped yard, newly furnished home with comfortable beds and high quality appliances, beach equipment, body boards, surfboard, bikes etc.
