Gorgeous lake view destination home. Professionally decorated with amazing lake & mountain views. You will enjoy this open floor plan which features a large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and dining room, breakfast bar, master suite with walk-in closet, master bath with dual sinks, large walk-in tile shower. This split bedroom design has two guest rooms & a guest bath on the opposite side of the home from the master, all with new furniture. Back patio with BBQ and mountain views

Winter warmth

Getting away from the cold and snow was our main goal in picking Lake Havasu City for our winter haunts. This home was located in a wonderful area with views of the Lake and mountains. We spent many hours on both front and back patios soaking in the sun. We were very comfortable for the three months we stayed and are planning on returning next year. The owners were very amenable to any questions we had. The sunsets are beautiful and Lake Havasu has everything we needed close by, including sightseeing, Pickleball, restaurants and groceries.

Fabulous start for 2024!

We found this to be a fantastic property for our month in Lake Havasu City. Wonderful, well equipped and comfortable home in a terrific neighborhood, and in a very convenient location within the city. Very quiet area with friendly neighbors and a view of the lake. There were "No Bad Days" for us. Jane and Darrell have put together an inviting VRBO destination. Thank you!
