About this property

R&R Lake House

Cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom home that sleeps 7. Large corner lot with plenty of parking for your trucks, boats, toys, or travel trailer. Minutes from downtown Lake Havasu nightlife but far enough away for peace and quiet with the family. Lake View from porch.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
The space
You'll love kicking your feet up and relaxing after a day on the water in this home! Your stay is a short drive from multiple launch ramps, the famous London Bridge and infamous Body Beach.

- Master Suite: King bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, closet and access to backyard
- 2nd bedroom: Queen Bed with built in plugins and usb charging ports
- 3rd Bedroom: Full Bed with Twin trundle
- Hall Full bathroom with tub shower

Boat/RV Side Parking on both side of the house. We have a circular driveway for easy access to pull through. A 14 feet wide gate on one side, should you desire added security for your trailer.

Guests have access to the entire home, except for the garage.
Other things to note
By Booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules:

1. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is any time before 11:00 AM.

2. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host.

3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10PM-8AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We are located in a residential family community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people.

4. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Breaking this rule will incur a fee and removal from the property without refund.

5. Pets are allowed with permission, Poo bags are supplied on the back patio, additional cleaning fees shall incur if pets are not cleaned up after. Pets are not to be left unattended within the house. Guests shall incur a fee of $200 if a pet is found at the property without prior permission.

6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.

8. This property has video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 10 pm.

Host was okay, communicated well. Property is tired and needs amenities such as BBQ Grill and nicer patio furniture (furniture should be cleaned prior to arriving.) It looked like it hasn’t even cleaned in months. Interior and bath / kitchen amenities met expectations.

Close to all areas of interest we wanted to experience while in Lake Havasu...lake, shopping, restaurants, etc. Right across the street from a school so we had a lot of wrappers and garbage blowing into the backyard through the fence. We paid a generous fee for a cleaning service that made a complaint about black marks smeared on the back patio that we did not leave behind. This was disappointing to us after we had a wonderful stay at the property.

Nice House and Good Area

House was nice and it’s a perfect area if you’re visiting the river. My only complaints are about the owners… We had to pay a $165 cleaning fee which is fine but the day before we arrived I received an email from the owner which provided a list of cleaning procedures they wanted us to complete before we left. This stipulation was not provided prior to requesting to rent the home. To me that sounds like the owner is trying to pocket more money off the people staying by having them pay a cleaning fee and make them clean the house. Also didn’t appreciate the owners adjusting the A/C up. It was 115+ the entire time we were visiting. Every time we would leave the house the owners would adjust the temperature up 10+ degrees. There is also no access to the garage.

Nice Weather

First off, I liked the location. I came down to play golf and the courses were just under 2 miles away. Easy to get to. Lake Havasu City is just noisy, ORVs with little in the of mufflers are everywhere. The street location is a main arterial so the noise even drowned out the tv at times. This is not the hosts fault but the noise abatement built into the house was lacking. When we arrived there were only 6 towels doable but we needed to do laundry much more often. No wash cloths and when I contacted the host, she indicated they did not have these. I bought some because I use them in the shower. The kitchen pots and pans were sparse and we had to buy a can opener that actually could open a can. We left it at the property. Being so close to the Pacific time zone meant my watch and phone sometimes switched time zones. Not the hosts fault but there were no clocks other than the oven clocks, so if I had an early tee time I had to get out of bed and walk to the kitchen to assure I was on time. The cutting knives were very dull and almost unusable. There was no outdoor BBQ. Every other VRBO I stayed in has had these and a nice cookout with the nice weather would have been nice. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. So it sounds like I am bashing the property, not even close. I am just trying to prepare the next guests of what to expect and maybe prepare a bit more. The property allowed pets and out dog liked the view of all the school kids. Would stay here again.
