Perfect location! Come enjoy this 5 bedroom, 2.5bathroom ranch home located in the center of Omaha. No matter what part of Omaha you are traveling to you are only a short drive away! This newly renovated, spacious home will provide you and your guests everything you will need to enjoy your trip. This home can cater to a family with children or a group of friends on a weekend getaway. Guest's will love our memory foam beds, blackout curtains, and bedroom TV's. You will enjoy a large dining table(extra leaf and chairs available in hallway closet) in the kitchen and also outside. We provide 2 pack and plays at all times and a baby gate for added safety measures with little ones.
For guest safety we have to exterior recording devices.
-A ring doorbell camera on the front door that records video and sound 24/7 when activated by motion.
-Security camera located near the back yard gate that records video 24/7 when activated by motion.

Convenient 5 bedroom in the heart of Omaha

This location is close to many attractions, food and groceries. It worked well for our family of 12. Mindi is very courteous and timely in her communication. We would definitely stay here again

Multi generational family stay and it was perfect! Lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds, large kitchen table, and big sectional made for an enjoyable stay. We could all eat together, play games, etc.

Friend Reunion

Mindi's place served as a good base for the reunion of old friends coming from across the country to be together for a few days. The location was good and the neighborhood was safe, and we had enough room in the house to sleep, cook meals, play card games, and explore the sites and restaurants of Omaha. Mindi was responsive to my various inquiries.

Great place, convenient location

A group of coworkers and I stayed here for a team retreat. Everyone had their own bedroom, and the space was good for getting some work done but also for hanging out and just spending some time together. The listing shows the place really well, no surprises. Highly recommended!

Hi! My name is Mindi! I’m married and a full time mom to 3 awesome kids. We are still living in the toddler and baby stages so life is very busy at our house! Before I stayed home with our babies I was a hairstylist and absolutely loved it. I really enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes. I also enjoy binging Netflix when I have a free moment . I grew up in Kansas City but have fallen in love with Omaha over the last 10 years of living here! I’m always happy to give ideas for local spots to eat, hang out or just people watch. Please don’t hesitate to ask for suggestions if you want to get to know Omaha while you are in town!

Why they chose this property

We chose to renovate this property because of it's location and potential. This home will sleep 12 very comfortably. You won't be stuck in bunk beds or a pull out coach. We provide 3 King beds and 3 queen beds. All of the bedrooms are spacious and you will have plenty of room! This house is in prime location in Omaha. You are very close drive to the interstate and a short drive to anywhere in the city. We have also provided 6 TV's throughout the house and two separate work stations. This home features two separate living rooms and plenty of seating for your whole party. Lastly, we have a very large dining room table upstairs to seat the whole family. If by chance that is not enough room we also can insert a leaf for the table and offer additional chairs. When weather permits you can enjoy whole back yard with outdoor seating and plenty of privacy with our fully fenced in back yard.

This house is a 2 minute walk to a school that offers multiple playgrounds. You will also be very close to tons of restaurants and shopping.
