Everything in this home is brand new, great family home that backs right up to the park with a private walking trail right off the back deck! The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms - over 3,000 SF for you and your group to be fully comfortable. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and granite countertops. Large bath tub off the master bedroom is sure to please after a busy day enjoying all Columbus has to offer.

Guests have access to everything the house has to offer - all bedrooms, closets, including a finished basement, with separate smart TV and seating area.

*Please note, there is a ring doorbell installed outside the house only to monitor the front door, along with 2 blink cameras that view only the front yard and driveway area so we can monitor outside the house only and keep the guests privacy !

Big house, small furniture

Location, house size, number of beds, & number of rooms were great. Negatives were: 1. All furniture felt cheap & was small, i.e. dorm-like furniture. 2. One bed was a cot with a small mattress. Another bed had a loud & flimsy frame. All beds were very not far off the floor. 3. Garage was completely filled up except for a narrow walk-way. 4. Lack of necessary cooking items, such as no cookie sheets & pots & pans were small.

Otterbein

We stayed at the property to visit Otterbein. The location is convenient. It’s very close to Otterbein and tons of stores and restaurants. Kroger is very close as well as Target. The house was clean an fairly comfortable. My son said his bed was too hard but no one else complained. The host had snacks out and coffee with coffee filters. Paper towels and tp were good quality. There was beer and food in the pantry, I assume left by previous guests. Also tissues, soap shampoo, etc were available. Overall, great stay

Great house for large family

We enjoyed staying at this property. There were plenty of towels, dishes, cooking supplies, and toiletries for the 6 of us. The house is good size with plenty of space for us all. The descriptions provided online are accurate.

Family weekend

Property close to everything we wanted to do Have other family in the area and went to zoo lights shopping and top golf. It was a perfect setup for us
