DETAILS: Suitable for 4 guests, Firefly Carriage House has a full kitchen, one queen bed, a single twin bed, and a pullout queen sleeper sofa. The carriage house is newly renovated in October 2022, including new stainless steel kitchen appliances, a newly renovated bathroom featuring Carrara Marble, Waterworks hardware, and cypress wood features. Other features include a 55†Samsung TV, an expansive balcony overlooking Green Turtle Lane, and Wi-Fi.

Another great visit

Location is great, easy parking in the garage was great to store beach stuff. The loft beds were nice for the kids and the pull out couch is a plus.

It is perfectly located, walking distance to pool, beach, and Rosemary Restaurants. The carriage home it is very small and not the most comfortable layout. But it is pretty, clean and quiet.

Cute little carriage house but needs a little TLC. It’s small and somewhat awkward as far as design but more importantly, the sofa is filthy. The pillows were also worn and the upstairs loft area needs to be painted. There are some stains in certain places. The full mattress is very uncomfortable and hard. We had a difficult time sleeping. The deck should include two chairs and is in need of reinforcing. It slants downward pretty significantly. Rosemary is considered a luxury stay so this carriage house is not quite fitting the bill.

Our summer vacation

The place is very clean and nice. Not a lot of items available for the week like toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap etc. we definitely had to run to the store! Both of our beach/pool passes didn't work so the property manager came by to give us new ones. She was really helpful! Overall we had a great stay here.

Nice Place, Smaller Than Expected

It's a nice place, but there are way too few pictures to show off that space. It's very small and a bit cramped. The upper loft bed is comfortable, but gets very warm (and we were here while it was cold out). The surrounding area is beautiful and SO worth the stay and this is great if you're on a budget. Probably not the place if you're hoping to spend a bunch of time at the house for the sake of the house.

Loved Firefly!

This is our third year at Rosemary Beach and Firefly is probably my favorite carriage house that we’ve stayed in so far. Excellent location, great set up, nicely stocked kitchen. The only major complaint I have is the mattresses were pretty terrible. Like reeeally uncomfortable - super thin mattress and hard. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch every night because it was more comfortable. But everything else was great - loved the bathroom/shower, loved having a garage space (although we couldnt close the door because our small car didnt fit!) Very nice having a washer/dryer and really appreciated having a dishwasher, etc.

Vacation Bliss Review 🏖️🌟

What an incredible stay! This vacation rental had everything we could ask for and more. Located just a stone's throw from both the beach and town, we were perfectly situated to explore and relax to our heart's content. The community pools were a slice of paradise – beautifully maintained and oh-so-inviting after a day in the sun. And can we talk about the convenience of having a washer and dryer? It made packing light and keeping beach towels fresh a breeze. The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival, with all the essentials neatly laid out. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, we felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. A big shout-out to the managing company for their top-notch communication. Any questions or requests were met with prompt and friendly responses, making our experience even smoother. Needless to say, we're already planning our next trip back. This place has set the bar high for our future vacations – and we couldn't be happier about it! 🌴☀️

Great location!

We had a girls trip this last week and stayed in this unit. It was me, my 16yo daughter, her best friend and her mom. This place was small but perfect for the 4 of us and super cute. Beds were comfortable with plenty of towels. Would be nice to have chairs on the balcony to sit outside and have an evening drink or a morning cup of coffee. They had a nice starter pack with things like shampoo, laundry soap, hand soap, dish detergent, etc. It’s a short walk to the beach and to Rosemary and Seacrest. The two bikes was a plus and we rented two more and biked everywhere. I loved that we didn’t have to check in and just needed our door code. Our door code stopped working randomly but they reset with a new code very quickly. The garage was small so if you have a large vehicle it probably will not fit so make sure there’s an approved place to park outside of garage. I would definitely recommend this place and would for sure stay here again.

Meh, better luck somewhere else

We arrived at our home away from home to discover there was no hand soap, dish soap or dishwasher detergent despite Blue wanting us to run the dishwasher. There was also no kitchen trash and the tires on BOTH our bikes were flat indicating that not much was checked over prior to our arrival. I frequent Rosemary and feel that the spirit of community was lost. All the times I have stayed in private listings the spirit is take what you need and leave what you want to pass on whether it’s shampoo or cups to take to the beach it feels like you are coming home. That was not the case here, we had to purchase essentials such as hand soap. It was also clear that because we were staying in the smaller house we were almost less than and when I spoke to a representative they said “sorry we were not up to your standards” and hung up. Also beware the stairs, the hand rail is loose and they are steep. I will return home to Rosemary but not to one of these managed properties.
