We have loved raising our children in this house. We look for families who will care for the home as they would their own and enjoy the time with each other and enjoy the recreational facilities.

This neighborhood is a great place to take the kids across the street to run! The garden is serene. The location is convenient to Takoma Park.
What makes this property unique
The house is dwarfed by a giant 200 year old Tulip Tree which keeps it shaded in summer and shielded in winter.
