Come enjoy your next vacation at a peaceful, upscale condo, minutes away from entertainment and adventure!

This three-bedroom/three-bathroom condo is located on Trail Creek, just south of downtown Ketchum. A convenient 5-minute walk to all the best restaurants, bars, and shops that Sun Valley has to offer. For bigger excursions out to the ski lifts on Bald Mountain or Sun Valley Resort, guests can take advantage of the free shuttle. You will have also have access to one private, heated parking garage. Guests can enjoy convenient access to the condo through the two elevators from the parking garage or the main entry.

Guests will love sitting on one of the FIVE patios to enjoy a morning coffee or evening beverage, while listening to the river and enjoying the view.

The entry to unit B is on the first floor of Trail Creek Crossings, right off the luxurious lobby. After opening the front door, you will be greeted to the spacious open floor plan (kitchen, dining room, and living room). The space is filled with high-end finishes and beautiful masonry. Guests can take advantage of the gas fireplace, wine fridge, flat screen TV with cable, wireless internet, ample storage space, and numerous kitchen appliances/supplies.

Next to the kitchen, is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The laundry room is stocked with all the cleaning/laundry supplies you would need!

The rest of the condo includes the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Guests will be thrilled to find luxurious bedding on each bed, heated bathroom floors, massive closets, and bathroom essentials.

This condominium will accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and has a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Wonderful Stay!

This condo is a lovely spot to call home while in Sun Valley/Ketchum. I appreciated the distance between bedrooms, the extra hall (full) bath, the large kitchen perfect for cooking meals at home, the cozy feel of the living room with its large fireplace and the pretty view outside the window. It's a five-minute walk to the center of town, with a grocery store just a couple of blocks away. It's "just right" for so many reasons! We'll be back!

Beautiful Condo - all on one level

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed everything about it -except the noise outside. There is a very large building (Hotel and Condo Units) being built next door. They started work every day at 7:45am and worked into the night - usually until 8pm. It was very loud construction work making it difficult to enjoy being inside the condo. We would not have rented in this location if we had known in advance of the building noise. The building and the individual condos are all very well designed. Great parking underground. Just unfortunate to have so much construction noise next door. We would definitely rent again once the construction has concluded in 2026 I believe.
