THE WORST STAY EVER BOOKED ON THIS APP AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND BANNED

First off it was a Hassle getting into the location which is ironin!! And then it got worst as I walked in! I see a hole in the bedroom door, couch in living room is filthy. Let alone that I Have footage and pictures of the apartment being dirty as entering the premises which is wild. vrbo said I can’t get my money back unless it’s thru the HOST WHICH THE HOST ISNT REPLYING TO MESSAGES! CALLS! LET ALONE PROMISED A 15% REFUND IF I LEFT THE STAY DUE TO IT BEING DIRTY OR A 50% REFUND IF I STAYED THE APARTMENT LOOKS LIKE ITS BEING USED A SEX TRAFFICKING OR KIDNAPPING RING ITS VERY VERY VERY SKECHTY AND THINK THIS LISTING SHOULD BE REMOVED AND BANNED AND LOOKED INTO!! THE APARTMENT WAS FILTHY BED LOOKED LIKE IT HAD JUST BEEN SLEPT IN, SHEETS WERENT CLEAN! THE LAUNDRY ROOM HAD SHEETS ON THE GROUND AND OUT OF THE DRYER AS IF SOMEONE THREW IT ON THE GROUND!
