Slice of paradise, direct Gulf front condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy amazing sunsets nightly from your private balcony. The living room opens to a private balcony with front row seats to the most beautiful sunsets and has 2 TV's with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Double beds. The property has a large heated pool with bathrooms in the pool area. There is a coin washer/Dryer room on each floor. The telephone offers local calling only. There is a charcoal grill for your use as well. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle next or Skimmer bird colony. The quaint town of Indian Shores offers shops, restaurants, putt-putt golf, and a seabird sanctuary. Ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use.

Great vacation

Me and the kids came for a beach vacation and had the best time! Beach is perfect! Our condo was clean and the view was amazing!

Great stay!

Property was clean and well maintained. Loved being right on the beach and close to shopping, and restaurants. Our kids used the bikes and had a great time biking in the area. Very safe place to stay!! Thank you! We would love to come back!

Nice location , needs updating

Great location , Indian shores is one of our favorite places. Parking is tight and only one space per unit, if you stay on the onsite management they can find you another spot. Pool was closed our entire trip not sure why no answer,Plumlee did refund us some of our rent for this inconvenience. Walk to the beach is ok has a small sand dune, that you will need to haul your beach stuff to. Condo it self was old , king bed was hard as a rock , hot water was nonexistent in the showers. Fridge didn’t have ice maker or water dispenser, took 3 days to get cold. The balcony was the best part of the vacation. I would stay with Plumlee again just not this unit.

Improvements needed.

The bedding in the master bedroom was dingy and old. The sheets on the bed were sloppily made. The pillows were old and lumpy. You need to furnish more than two towels. The refrigerator racks were broken and under the sink. It took forever for the refrigerator to cool down. Had to throw our ice cream away because it didn't keep it cold enough. The vacuum didn't work. We had no beach chairs or toys for our grandkids to play with. Other units had lots of things. People who fly in can't buy all that stuff or bring it.
