The high-quality apartment EAST COAST fulfills your holiday dream on the Baltic Sea. The modern apartment is equipped in a casual 'Hamptons style' (2019 completely renovated). Whether as a couple, with the family or in the clique: This beach holiday apartment is perfect for your Baltic Sea holiday in a central location! With the two free beach cruisers you can in the period from 01. May until the 30th September relaxing and exploring Lübeck Bay.

The living space of 80 m² is used optimally and the apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The two bedrooms have cozy double beds (each 1.80 width). From one of the bedrooms you have access to a small balcony. The third bedroom is the comfortable sofa bed (1.60 x 1.80) in the conservatory. The trick: The sliding louvre blinds make the sleeping area darker and therefore ideally suited as a cozy place to sleep. The spacious living room with the cuddly couch and the dining area next to the open kitchen invites you to a social get-together. Sunny hours can be enjoyed on the second larger balcony. The elevator also provides the necessary comfort. In addition, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the in-house laundry room for a small fee.

For common movie nights you expect a large LCD TV and in the two bedrooms you can also watch some television before falling asleep. The Wi-Fi access allows you to stream your favorite program while on vacation.

Design & Style

The apartment EAST COAST is bright and airy and reflects the casual Ostseelook again. Warm colors and sophisticated design create a very special feel-good atmosphere.

Parking & bicycles

Wir haben den Aufenthalt alle sehr genossen. Die Wohnung und die Lage sind perfekt. Die Buchung völlig problemlos. Alles war sauber und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet.Die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe ist ruhig. Durch die Tiefgarage und den Fahrstuhl lässt sich das Auto schnell und problemlos be- und entladen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Der Preis ist zwar nicht günstig, aber im Hinblick auf Ausstattung und Lage auf alle Fälle gerechtfertigt.

Super Apartment in toller Lage

Es ist ein super schön eingerichtetes Apartment im 2. OG mit kleinen Balkon. Alles sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen, hätten uns aber über ein paar mehr Spülmaschinentabs und Klopapier gefreut.

Urlaub mit Hund

Mein Mann und ich haben 14 Tage Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung East Coast verbracht. Wir hatten uns für diese Wohnung entschieden, weil wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten. Ein weiteres wichtiges Kriterium war für uns der Aufzug, weil mein Mann gehbehindert ist. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, da sie hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Auch haben wir auf dem Boxspringbett im großen Schlafzimmer gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck ausreichend ausgestattet. Dennoch gibt es einige kleinere Kritikpunkte und Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Die Kopfkissen: für uns viel zu dick und schwer zum darauf schlafen. Zum Glück hatten wir unsere eigenen Kopfkissen dabei. Vorschlag: als Alternative leichtere Kopfkissen 40x80 cm im Schrank bereit halten. 2. Schmerzlich vermisst haben wir eine Mikrowelle oder alternativ Thermoskannen für Kaffee oder Tee zum Aufwärmen bzw. Warmhalten von Getränken. Was das Besteck betrifft, könnten ein wenig mehr Kaffeelöffel da sein. 3. Einmal haben wir die Waschmaschine im Hauswirtschaftsraum benutzt. Dabei fiel mir auf, dass das Einspülfach für das Waschmittel stellenweise schwarzen Pilzbelag hatte. Dies liegt sicher daran, dass etliche Benutzer das Fach nicht öffnen und trocknen lassen, wenn die Wäsche fertig ist. Hier wäre vielleicht eine regelmäßige Kontrolle durch die Hausverwaltung und ein Hinweis bei den Benutzungsregeln in der Waschküche angebracht. Mehr Kritik haben wir nicht und waren insgesamt mit der Wohnung, insbesondere der sehr guten Lage in Strandnähe, sehr zufrieden. Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen der Hausverwaltung waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.
