Too Easy at Dunes Club offers Gulf-front living at its best! This three-bedroom, two-bath condo can comfortably accommodate six guests and features stunning Gulf views and private community beach access.

The primary bedroom is well-appointed with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to the fully furnished deck, with its amazing views of the Gulf. The second bedroom has a queen bed, shared access to the home's second full bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom comes is perfect for the kids in the group, replete with bunk beds and its own television.

After a day lounging by the private community pool or strolling along the beach, enjoy a family meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, or sip a glass of wine while taking in the water views from the deck. The spacious living room is the ideal place for the family to gather to watch the latest blockbuster on the flat-screen TV in the evening.

Nice and quiet

Place was just as pictured. Having the pool is a plus. End unit so less neighbors on the side. It’s a solid walk to beach but boardwalk makes it easy.

Quiet & Relaxing

This was our first time at Cape San Blas. It was extremely quiet and relaxing. The property could use some updating but it was clean and 360 Blue was great to work with. The balcony was huge and we spent a lot of time out there. We would stay here again!

Lovely, remote beach experience

If you’re looking for a beach week far from the madding crowd, and you’re over high rise condos, this is the perfect pick. Very family friendly accommodations, nice pool, quiet beach, lots of wildlife. Not a place to bring teens looking for a social life though - they may miss the 30A atmosphere. If you’re looking for a real break, riding, bike trails, and easy access to old Floridian towns/day trips to gorgeous beaches at St George Island, it is perfect.

Great getaway!

The mood was set upon entering this condo. It was clean, there was music playing, all the lights were on and there were towels on all the beds. It was extremely welcoming. The view was beautiful and we were able to walk to the beach. It's located in a lovely little town filled with lots of mom and pop restaurants serving delicious food. We will definitely be back!

Our first time to Cape San Blas. We loved the beach and the laid back atmosphere. This condo was perfect. The balcony was our favorite place from the time we woke up until bedtime. Very spacious and comfortable condo. We enjoyed the rented chairs, cart and umbrella .. all waiting for us when we checked in. No negatives. We will be back!!

Fall Family Vacation

We throughly enjoyed our time in the condo. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the ocean was steps from the door. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and simple for our family. We even inquired about a later checkout and they were happy to oblige. The beach and pool areas were very quiet as if we had the entire place to ourselves! This was exactly what we were looking for during this Covid-19 pandemic. We will definitely be back again to Cape San Blas and hope that we can stay in the same spot next time!

Great little place

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had a beautiful view and we enjoyed the great breeze every morning sitting on it drinking our coffee. I do wish it had been a bit cleaner as far as vacuuming/dusting and wiping down of counters and shelves in the bathroom goes. The shower drain in the main bathroom seemed to be a bit backed up also so that probably needs some attention. But other than that, we had a great time and hope to be back again soon.

Best vacation!!

We loved this unit. Very clean. The reservation/check in process was amazing. The beach credit was a life saver so indidnt have to pack and bring back beach gear. The carts helped so much bringing everything down to the beach. I stayed in the master and the bed was so comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with what we needed and more. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. It was wonderful. I will definitely be booking this unit again.

Nice and quiet

This was our first time at Cape San Blas and won't be our last! The perfect beach if you love a natural, quiet and family oriented environment. Too Easy was a great location. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and other quest were friendly and respectful. Check in and check out were easy. Only a few complaints: The floors seemed not clean. The bottom of my feet where black by the time I was done walking around unpacking. There was also not a broom available- which would have been helpful with two littles! The living room could be updated- we are just use to being able have access to streaming apps. All of the beds were uncomfortable. I would consider renting this until again if they got new beds!

Great location and nice unit

We had a wonderful stay in unit 2E. The unit was very clean and easy to access. The covered parking is great! The beds are all very comfortable and the air works great! The pool is never crowded and is nice. The beach access is easy to use as well. A couple of things that are not correct in the listings: -the bunk bed in the kids room is a regular bunk bed, meaning there is no futon on the bottom. We have 3 young kids and had planned on unfolding the futon to use for our kids, but that wasn’t possible. We obviously managed and made it work -the other thing is that there is no grill on the patio that is listed and shown in pictures. We wanted to have surf and turf in one night, but didn’t have a grill, but again, made do. Not deal breakers by any means, but just want you to be aware. These would definitely not keep me from booking this unit again!
