• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including clean and comfy sleeping pillows, clean kitchen linens, and plenty of beach towels.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Just step out your back door!

PETS: Only humans allowed at this townhouse, please.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL: The Turtle Lane Club pools (actually there are two) are just across the parking area and open 9 am to 10 pm, April-September. Please inquire for specific dates of operation each year.

A great family vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of six adults and two young children had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home on the beach. We loved the easy walk to the beach, the provided beach towels, sand toys, and kitchen equipment (would have helped to have instructions for the cooktop! - thank heavens for the son-in-law who googled to find instructions!) Clearer, site-specific instructions for the onsite garbage collection area would also be helpful!
