This thoughtfully appointed and newly renovated, 2 bedrooms, 2-bath condo is located oceanside and steps to the beaches of the Amelia Island Plantation. Enjoy the incredible views from 2 exclusive balconies overlooking the ocean.

The Space:
FEATURES include: An abundance of natural light throughout, fully equipped kitchen with both a Keurig and a 12 cup drip coffee maker, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Please note: Free washers and dryers located on the 2nd and 6th floors (laundry baskets provided) and you have access to public Amelia Island Plantation amenities (spa, shops, restaurants, nature center, etc.). This unit sleeps 6 comfortably and is perfect for a family getaway or celebration!

Directions to the beach: downstairs and out the back door, stay straight!

Guest Access:
Check-in starts at the secured entrance to the Amelia Island Plantation, located at 11 Beach Lagoon Road, Amelia Island, FL 32034. The guard will issue your parking pass, Your door code for entry to your unit will be sent via email on the afternoon of your arrival at approximately 2pm.

The Neighborhood:
The beautiful grounds of The Amelia Island Plantation are home to beach access points, miles of walking and biking trails, restaurants, delis, and other eateries, the spa, the nature center, shopping, and more!

Getting Around:
Amelia Island is a beach town featuring cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters, etc. for all modes of transportation.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Nice location at Amelia Plantation

We have stayed at Amelia Plantation several times. First time at Sandcastles. Layout of condo & location are excellent. Guest Cottages was very responsive to a plumbing issue and corrected it quickly. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The unit could use some TLC and updates.

Great stay

Very nice stay. Great location. The condo had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. There are some areas in the overall complex that are showing their age, but nothing of significance. We’d certainly consider coming back in the future.
