Quaint Condo on the beach

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was clean and the ocean view was stellar! I loved having coffee on the spacious balcony. My kids enjoyed the pool and the beach was not too crowded. The overall atmosphere of Amelia Island was friendly and laidback.

We stayed in this property on our beach vacation and it was really great. Had everything we needed in a condo paired with an amazing view of the beach from the windows! There was a pool and the beach was a quick walk away. Would for sure stay here again! It was easy to check in and out and had zero issues!

Overall, we loved our stay here. The location was fantastic with restaurants and shopping only a short distance away. The views were amazing from within the condo, as well as the patio area. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Ambitiously described in listing. Extremely cramped and absolutely filled to the brim with possessions. Couch is the biggest issue. This definitely needs replaced to be a viable sleeping option.

Eighties Condo

We had a nice stay. It was very clean and the ocean view and location were fabulous. The living room furniture (sectional something) was like sitting on concrete blocks. I don't think anyone could sleep on it either. Also the television service was sorely lacking but matched the 80"s decor. Too much old furniture made it hard to maneuver. We felt like we were in a maze. It could be a beautiful place if there was less of everything!

Nice condo with great views

The condo was small but very nice. The views were spectacular and access to the beach was great too. We spied a turtle from the condo window and flocks of birds flying over too. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We chose this property because of location and price. The property is very nice, well equipped with everything you need. Large sliding glass door a little hard to open and could use some vertical blinds, but all in all a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our ocean front view. Dining on the deck over looking beach. The covered parking is a plus. Convenient to shopping and dining. Pool was well kept and clean. Kitchen has nice countertops and great pots and pans (pampered chef) Comfortable bedding.
