Das Haus wurde 2017/2018 neu gebaut. Die Wohnung (74qm) ist barrierefrei und bequem mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen. Sie verfügt über einen großen Balkon, mit Blick auf den Brombachsee und über eine große Terrasse ins Grüne. Die Wohnung ist neu, komplett, modern, gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet, damit Sie sich auch "wie zu Hause" fühlen können. Auf Wunsch kann ein Babyreisebett mit zusätzlicher Matratze und Bettzeug zur Verfügung gestellt werden, sowie ein Zustellbett (90x200). Gästen steht ein reservierter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung (Rollstuhl) haben überhaupt keine Probleme. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Tolle Wohnung für Urlauber mit Hund.

Wir waren schon des öfteren Gast bei Frau Bolkart, und wir können nur sagen, sie ist eine ganz tolle Vermieterin, wir haben für 2023 schon wieder reserviert.

Top Wohnung mit Top Lage

Wir haben uns die Wohnung für ein verlängertes Wochenende im November gemietet. Die Lage ist gut um direkt die Ausflüge an den See zu machen - See und Gastro ist fussläufisch sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir werden die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen
