Welcome to the exclusively furnished apartment "MeerMomente", which is part of the villa ensemble Baabe. The villa ensemble Baabe consists of two detached houses, which are in the Baltic Sea in the first row. The fine sandy beach, which extends throughout from the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin to the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren, there are only about 100m. Ideal to unwind, either on a relaxing day or on a long beach walk. The Baltic Sea has its charms in every season. Gastronomic options or a supermarket can be reached in just a few minutes.

On the ground floor of the Villa Strandläufer is the approx. 46 m² large two-room apartment MeerMomente for max. 2 persons. The Non smoking apartment is tiled throughout and is powered by underfloor heating. In the maritime and modern furnished and light-flooded living-dining area you will find a table whose tabletop is adapted to the work surface in the kitchen, with 2 comfortable dining chairs, a comfortable couch, a coffee table and a Smart TV with integrated radio, USB port and Bluetooth as well as a Blu Ray player. You will also find a small selection of literature and DVDs in the living area. Even on vacation you do not need to do without an Internet connection (WLAN) in the apartment. This is included for you. The adjacent kitchenette with Siemens appliances has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine with thermos, Tassimo pad machine, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils. The east-facing terrace with a small usable garden is equipped with comfortable seating, a parasol and is easily accessible from the living area. In the bedroom you will find a high-quality box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m with a continuous topper), bedside tables, a sliding door wardrobe with mirror front and a flat-screen TV with integrated radio. For a peaceful sleep, the blackout option. In the living room and bedroom there are additional insect screens. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, hair dryer and towel dryer. The bathroom is rounded off with a sauna where you can spend cuddly hours. The on-site storage room is home to things like a clothes horse and cleaning utensils. Pets are not allowed. In the basement of the villa ensemble are located next to a bicycle storage room and an additional spa with a communal sauna, a laundry room with washer and dryer, which you can use for a fee and also can easily reach by elevator. A private parking space (number 43) is located directly at the house. From 2020, a private beach chair is reserved for you on the beach of Baabe from May to September. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. 

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
