About this property

Our house offers space on approx. 80 m² and stands on a plot with a size of 432 m². There is a living room, two bedrooms (sleeping for 4 people), kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace. There is a parking space on the property. In the garden there is a small lawn and a beach chair, garden furniture with a barbecue.
Since the region is a true cycling paradise, two bicycles are of course available to you.
Our house is located in the idyllic artist village Ferch. At the gates of Potsdam and Berlin.
The house is located in a settlement in the forest, about 1.5 km from Lake Schwielow. Ferch is located about 13 km southwest of Potsdam and about 35 km from Berlin.
Visit the Bonsai Garden or the Museum of the Havelland Painter's Colony. Let yourself be pampered with culinary delights at the Schwielowsee in the Landhaus Ferch. In about 15 minutes by bike you can reach the Sanddornhof with its specialties. The old Werder stand is also worth seeing. There are numerous shops in Werder.

Auch beim zweiten Mal eine Top-Unterkunft

Auch in diesem Jahr erlebten wir hier eine wunderschöne vor Osterwoche. Für einen Urlaub mit Hund (sicherlich auch ohne 😊) ist das Haus perfekt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, die Wanderwege beginnen praktisch direkt vor der Haustür. Und die viel gepriesene Straße: Es gibt bestimmt noch schlimmere in Deutschland und wenn man langsam fährt, kommt man auch gut und sicher am Ferienhaus an.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus direkt am Wald

Wir - mein Partner, unser Hund und ich - hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Ferch. Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist wirklich gemütlich, schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Die Zufahrt war nicht so schlimm, wie ich es nach den Bewertungen der anderen Gäste, erwartet hatte. Ja, es ist ein ganzes Stück unasphaltierter Weg, aber unserer Meinung nach ganz gut befahrbar. Für diese ruhige Lage mit direktem Zugang in den Wald lohnt sich das auf jeden Fall. Wir würden/werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, denn unabhängig vom tollen Ferienhaus, gibt es in und um Ferch noch viel zu entdecken.

Idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Waldlage war für uns und unserem Hund perfekt. Gassigang ab Haustüre. Ideale Lage auch für tolle Radeltouren. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach nur wunderschön!

Anfang April durften wir hier eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche verbringen. Das Ferienhaus ist mit viel Liebe und durchdacht eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass die Möbel extra für dieses Objekt ausgesucht wurden. Im Ferienhaus selbst ist wirklich alles vorhanden, vom Teefilter (für den in der Nähe gekauften Sanddorntee - lecker) über den Eierpiecker bis hin zum Kosmetikspiegel im Bad. Das Öfchen zieht gut, die Heizung funktioniert (wer keinen Ofen mag), das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur. Man hört und sieht viele Vögel. Die nahe Autobahn war kaum zu hören und wenn, die Vögel sind viel lauter. Geschlafen haben wir super, auch hier waren die Matratzen, wie alles im Haus, hochwertig. Die Straße zum Haus muss man mögen, aber wenn man man sieht, wie ein Versanddienstleister-Auto (1x gesehen) dort langheizt, ist es auch ohne Outdoor-Auto offensichtlich gut zu schaffen. Wir waren mit Hund im Haus, die Gassiwege beginnen direkt vor der Tür.
