Welcome to the holiday home Colonia in the beautiful surroundings of the Emsland. In the midst of the Seeparks-Eiken awaits you a fully equipped holiday home with many amenities, such as flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, washer and dryer and charcoal grill. The holiday park is a large lake for swimming and boating invites, which will be particularly interesting for children.

In Seepark there is a restaurant with good bourgeois and international cuisine, adventure playgrounds for the little holiday guests and of course the large swimming lake. For relaxation in cooler temperatures, a spa sauna on the premises, which can be used for a fee.

The Emsland stretches over 2,880 km² from the North Rhine-Westphalian border at Rheine to the border of East Frisia near Papenburg and offers a diverse culture and active offer for its guests.

The Emsland is larger in area than the state of Saarland and thus the largest district of Lower Saxony and one of the largest in Germany. There are currently more than 310,000 people living in the district of Emsland. August 1977 from the circles Aschendorf-Hümmling, Meppen and Lingen was formed.

Neighbors in the west are the Netherlands, to whom there are many-sided relationships over a 60-kilometer common border. In the east, the counties Cloppenburg and Osnabrück, in the southwest of the county Bentheim bordering the Emsland.

For a restful and varied stay, the Emsland offers various destinations. A welcome opportunity to use the Emsland and its surroundings for excellent walking and cycling tours. Nearly 3,000 km of clearly signposted cycle paths leave nothing to be desired. Whether hikers, hobby cyclists or families with children - they all find the right route on the numerous routes.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus im Seepark

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Seepark Eiken und ist top eingerichtet. Man hat hier alles was man braucht, sogar eine abschließbare Gartenhütte für die Fahrräder. Die Lage ist in zweiter Reihe vom See, nach 50 Metern kann man eintauchen, super. Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Umgebung ist besonders für Fahrradtouren sehr gut geeignet.. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr erholsam, ruhig und sauber

Wir waren für ein paar Tage im Ferienhaus und meine Erwartungen wurden voll übertroffen. Das Haus ist gemütlich, gepflegt und sauber. Die Größe war für uns, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder perfekt. Am See war sehr wenig los und zum planschen für die Kinder ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sauna und Schwimmbad konnte nicht benutzt werden

Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna haben nicht funktoniert und man wurde nirgends darauf hingewiesen das es nicht funktioniert. Das Haus könnte sauberer sein doch die Lage und die Umgebung des Hauses war sehr gut.
