Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Very disappointing
The property is run down. When I pulled up, the first thing I noticed was the overflowing trash bin and the dirty exterior of the house.
Stepped onto the porch which still had painters tape all over it and paint cans left out. Inside the house I found hair all over the sheets and bathroom sink. The refrigerator had not been wiped out and had food crumbs throughout.
The house resembles the photos but there was a lot of retouching done. It’s clearly a flip that was poorly done. Not professional.
The house was not clean enough for me to consider staying in it so I left and went to a hotel. The host would not refund my money saying her cleaners “send photos” of how clean the house is. She doesn’t inspect it or have a property manager inspect it.
Communication was nearly nonexistent. She didn’t inform me when I’d receive codes to get in and did not call me back when I called 24 hours before my check in. Clearly an amateur host. Would not recommend staying here. The Woodcliff is much nice for less money so do yourself a favor and stay there instead.
