It's great that the Wooded Writer's Retreat attracts such kind, appreciative, and amazing guests like Kimberly and her family. I love hosting families who want to build great memories while exploring nearby attractions like Rock City, Civil War history at Chickamauga Battlefield, and hiking at Cloudland Canyon. There's so much to see and do within a short distance.
Overall my girlfriend and I had a pleasant stay. The room was nice and cozy to sleep in, and the amenities were pretty much everything we needed. If you need something on the smaller side I would recommend this place for sure.
The house was neat and clean when we entered, it is attached to a bigger house. I guess this is the basement of the house but there was decent sunlight in the morning. The bathroom had clean towels and the kitchen had basic necessities. Overall we had a good and peaceful stay.
