DAPHNE SCENIC BAY VIEW CONDO

This is a condo to truly enjoy living in, both indoors and outdoors, in one of the most scenic locations in the area.

Beautiful, well furnished, first floor, newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo with view of Mobile Bay and downtown Mobile. Large deck opens onto large green space with live oak trees with spanish moss. Exterior wall of living/dining room is all glass for the view and sliding glass door to the large deck, or pull the curtains for privacy. Appreciate the tongue and groove wood ceilings in the kitchen and the bath, and designer tile in the bath. Enjoy your coffee on the deck with your wonderful view, and the sounds of birds singing. Enjoy large screen TV's mounted on wall of living room and bedroom along with high speed internet. In warm seasons enjoy the two swimming pools.
For pet owners: One or two dogs accepted with a $25 pet fee per night. No cats permitted. When registering, click on the "Travelers" box, then select “Pets” “yes” (and also confirm the number of adults and children). Please send a note to owners while booking to give breed, size and age of dogs as we reserve the right to approve pets and maintain the high quality of our home. Pets must be confined in a crate at times when owners are not in the chalet with their pets.

The condo is conveniently located: 1 mile from I-10, 8 miles from Fairhope, 9 miles to downtown Mobile, and 37 miles to Gulf Shores. Grocery stores (Publix and Rouses) and many restaurant and shopping choices are nearby.

The Condo is walking distance to Panini Pete’s new restaurant “The Waterfront” next to the Daphne City Boat Launch, both located on Yacht Club Drive down the hill on the Bay. Only two blocks away is the Eastern Shore Trail for biking, jogging, and walking. Also nearby is the Daphne Bay Front Park, with boardwalks through the wetlands and a pier for fishing, and historic Village Point Park Preserve, which is home to the Jackson Oak, the oldest living live oak tree in Alabama. The tree is 95 feet tall with a 28' foot circumference.

Super small, but very clean, LOTS of stray cats - so if you have a dog - and they are not fans of cats, beware of that. Short walk down to the pier. The condo has EVERYTHING you could need. I used the stove it was older but still functions just fine. W/D work great too, the washer is a bit loud, but I'll take that over having to use a laundry room. Also there is NO assigned parking, that said, I did not really have trouble finding a spot. The upstairs person was kinda loud during the day, I was displaced by the seller of a home I was purchasing and was staying here, this is how I know this. There are no food options within walking distance other than The Waterfront down on the water. Overall, the property and location 4.5/5, the communication with the owners and the owners themselves.....10/5 they are outstanding people!!!

This condo is in a great location in Daphne close to everything. It has a great view of the bay. The condo had everything we needed. It was unfortunate that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. Aside from a few minor details, everything was wonderful.

Very nice condo

The condo was very cozy and clean. The hosts had nice touches like a start amount of coffee, sampoo even a few snacks. They even had info on what to do in the area. The email had all the info you needed not only for the condo but the area. The location was great and quite. Would definitely recommend and if ever in the area again would stay again

We celebrated our 56th wedding anniversary here and lived the quiet and beautiful condo. It was convenient to Mobile and Biloxi where we visited relatives and friends. The condo was well placed so we had views of the water and z mobile skyline. We loved the time spent.

Beautiful apartment, amazing sunsets

The apartment is perfect! We came for 5 nights and everything was great! Really well equipped with complementary little bottles for shower and hairwashing in bathroom, coffeemachine and Keurig, microwave and toaster, huge deck with unbelievable view on Mobile Bay at sunset. From the moment we arrived we decided to stay longer, but it wasalready too late

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay here. Easy check-in & check-out. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. Nice that they supply a few complimentary snacks for their guests. The view from the sliding glass door is beautiful. Lots of live oaks with hanging moss. I was so surprised to see the pic of the hermit crab shells above the couch. I have 4 hermit crabs as pets and one is in that spotted shell! I would recommend this place to others.

We enjoy the peaceful green space and beautiful sunsets. We love both of our condos and hope you do, too.
