VILLA MAJESTIC is a luxury 4 bedroom villa with private garden and large pool. The VIlla has a closed and flat plot with parking for up to 4 cars.
The spacious villa can accommodate up to 8 people distributed in 4 bedrooms, each with walk-in closet / large closet, private en-suite full bath, guest bathroom, large kitchen with dining area, very large living room with fireplace and 3 terraces. On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, guest toilet, living room, kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and the large covered terrace. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces.
Air conditioning (hot / cold), fireplace, satellite TV and wireless high-speed Internet (extra charges).
The villa is located in a small condominium of private villas. The nearby sand beach is less than 800 meters (15 minutes on foot). There are 3 restaurants with sun loungers / parking. Within 4 km. is there 5 (!) Golf courses.
