Amazing getaway in paradise!

What a wonderful home to bring our family! We had the best time. We enjoyed the pool and spacious beautiful home! Would definitely recommend! Thank you to the wonderful owners Kenny and Todd for their great communication and kindness!

Amazing space

If this property is available, do not pass it up! The home is very clean and stocked very well. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family meal. The house had some extras such as bathroom tissue, samples of shampoo and conditioner, laundry tabs and dishwasher tabs and soap. Pool area is amazing, and the pool was at a very comfortable temperature. The house also has beach equipment, chairs, coolers and an umbrella. My only issue during our stay was the TV's. The TV's were difficult to figure out and we couldn't find a normal network station. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Highly recommend!!!

Everything about this home was beautiful. I don't have a single bad thing to say about our stay. The property was about a 30 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. There are extras for the beach like beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, a cooler. There were pool lounges for the pool. There were plenty of starter supplies. There were plastic dishes in addition to the glass ones which we really appreciated. There were ring alarms on all exits which we also really appreciated having young children. There's also a safety fence for the pool. We didn't use it but it's there if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

After doing a lot of research and being familiar with the area we decided to land in Cape Coral, Florida. With the availability to be so close to the beach life but yet be in the midst of the Cape Community, we felt this was the perfect location. You have great food, relaxing life style, shopping, endless adventure opportunities to explore, and obviously the beautiful sunny weather that you can't beat. Our neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are great!
