Great Getaway!

We stayed for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Well stocked kitchen and the beds were super comfortable. Ruth, the property manager was extremely helpful from beginning to end to make our stay streamline. Beautiful view of the mountains and golf course was a pleasant sight each day. The home office was a plus as well since I needed to stay in contact with my business clients. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future. Thanks again Ruth and Bill for an awesome home.

Comfortable home with great views

Booking was super easy, and any questions I had were answered very promptly throughout my stay. This property is an exceptional value in a quiet and convenient neighborhood.

Hi. I'm retired from The Boeing Company after a 32 year executive career as a CFO and Program Manager. I like to design modern minimalist homes for family and friends and have done a number of self builds and remodels including this property. 2 natural and 2 semi adopted daughters, an ex with whom I get on very well (including family gatherings and vacations), 2 grandchildren and a girlfriend.

Why they chose this property

it's right sized and very convenient for 2-5 people and has handled more. Very clean and neat. Easy to use with one of the best views in the Coachella valley that looks across the pool and seemingly endless green grass toward the near mountains .

What makes this property unique

If a great view and easy living is important to you, this property is difficult to beat! lots of things to see and do nearby including golf, tennis, pickleball, shopping, hiking, casinos, etc.
