On the ground floor of the house is the light-flooded and spacious living and dining area of the house. While the open kitchen with sociable counter on high-quality equipment leaves nothing to be desired, can be enjoyed at the dining table for six people holiday meals. From here, the view over large windows on the adjoining terrace, the marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz is aligned and promises with southern exposure gorgeous hours of sunshine. Whether barbecue or romantic candle light dinner - unforgettable holiday moments are guaranteed here. The comfortable seating area of the living area in front of the fireplace invites you to linger.

On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms for two persons each. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two flexibly collapsible single beds and has an additional flatscreen TV.

Also on this level is the fully equipped bathroom with large Finnish sauna and walk-in shower.

A second sun terrace connects master bedroom and bathroom. Sun loungers invite you to relax after the sauna session.

Two more sleeping places are available on the comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor.

There is also a guest toilet on this level for added comfort.

A private parking space and a shed in front of the house provide ample space for bicycles and / or strollers.
