Built directly on the quay, there is hardly any closer to the water - from the bedrooms you have a direct view of the loop and on the other side is the terrace with an unobstructed view of the harbor basin of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz.
The apartment is very comfortably furnished and suitable for families with 4 - 6 people. B. also ideal for 2 friends.

There are 2 separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, which can also be put together to form a double bed. If desired, 1-2 additional beds can be provided in the living room with a pull-out couch (however, it should be noted that the living room can hardly be darkened because the windows are only equipped with pleated blinds for privacy).
On request, we will be happy to provide you with a travel cot with mattress and a high chair for our very young guests. An occupancy of more than 6 people, even if there are children, is not possible.

In the spacious living and dining area, floor-to-ceiling windows await you with a fantastic view of the harbor. The proximity to the water gives the impression of being on a ship. There is also an integrated kitchen that is fully equipped. A modern Smart TV, a Blueray player and WiFi are also included.

The spacious bathroom leaves nothing to be desired, because in addition to a whirlpool, it also has a sauna (infrared cabin).

You have a fantastic view of both the loop and the harbor basin of the Olpenitz Resort. The spacious south-facing terrace is virtually above the water and invites you to sunbathe.

A private parking space belongs to the apartment and is located directly in front of the house. It can be used at no additional cost.

Within walking distance in the resort there is an Edeka supermarket with an attached bakery-café, a small bathing bay with a sandy beach, a children's playground and a football field.

Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, a petrol station, a bakery and Mc Donald's are just 5 km away.

It is a good 7 kilometers to Kappeln. You can reach the city with about 9000 inhabitants in just under 10 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is the possibility to get to Kappeln via a beautiful bike path. There are various shops, cafes, restaurants and a cinema.

The price includes gas, electricity, water, parking, and WiFi.

A laundry package can also be booked at a price of EUR 18 per person, which is payable on site. It includes bed linen, towels (1 x shower towel, 2 x small towels), dish towels and kitchen towels.

The final cleaning is included.

Note: The former naval base is being developed into the Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz. The section in the area of the Schleidamm, on which this holiday apartment is located, has been largely completed. Other sections are still under construction. It should therefore be noted that there may be construction activities on the site. We ask for your understanding.
