Situated on the captain's island of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, the detached holiday home Sunshine with its central water location scores directly at the harbor entrance of the sailing and marina. The large Weidefelder sandy beach can be reached in 2 minutes and the harbor promenade is located in the immediate vicinity. The terrace lives up to the name of the house, while its own garden invites you to sunbathe and linger.

The loving equipment offers u. a. a wagon and beach equipment for the beach trip. The private spa area, underfloor heating and woodburning stove provide comfort in every season.

Flooded with light, the living and dining area on the ground floor of the house with adjoining terrace and views over the marina. Whether sunbathing on the sun lounger, shared barbecue or reading and here and now enjoy the "harbor cinema" with passing sailing and sport boats - maritime flair is guaranteed with Sunshine. In northern snowy weather, the cozy seating area invites you to a romantic fireplace evening. Board games and books provide entertainment in Ostseewetter.

The extensive equipment of the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can prepare delicious holiday meals. The 75 l freezer provides additional comfort and storage space for z. B. self-fishing fish. In addition to the filter coffee maker is also a Nespresso machine ready.

The relaxation area of the house is located upstairs. Two bedrooms, each with a high-quality box spring double bed, sleep four people and sleep. The master bedroom allows a fantastic view over the sailing and marina and the harbor entrance of the Baltic Sea. Who wants to count sheep if he can count boats? Both bedrooms are black-out and have a flatscreen TV.

Two more sleeping spaces are on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

The living-dining area has electric exterior blinds and is thus completely equipped with privacy screens and can be darkened. The whole house is equipped with insect protection.

Of course, a baby passenger may also arrive - for him baby travel bed and high chair are ready.

On the first floor is the fully equipped bathroom. A wellness oasis awaits guests here with whirlpool and infrared sauna. On the ground floor there is also a shower room available.

In front of the house are two parking spaces and a separate bike shed available.
