About this property

The holiday home SchleiZeit convinces with the direct proximity to the Schlei, a breathtaking water view and an individual furnishing style. In this holiday home, the classic country house meets modern zeitgeist and allows time - time for each other, time for yourself and time to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The highlight of the three living levels is a studio on the second floor with adjoining roof terrace and view over the Schlei. In addition there is an insect screen in front of selected windows on all floors.

The light-filled living and dining area of the house is located on the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow a clear view of the writing process and passing sailing ships. For well-being in the dark season, a stove and the home entertainment program. From here you can reach the west facing sun terrace with beach chair, Weber gas grill and sunset guarantee. The equipment of the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. And for added comfort on this floor
Guest WC.

On the first floor are two bedrooms with water views, one to the Schlei- and a port side aligned. While the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed for the downside, the two single beds in the second bedroom with additional TV can be easily pushed together. The blackout pleats of the two bedrooms also provide thermal protection. For wellness moments at this level, the fully equipped bathroom, because the whirlpool also allowed
a clear view of the loop.

One level higher is the studio - an additional living room with a view and a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The all-round wellness program offers a sauna with adjacent shower. The roof terrace of the studio perfects the recreational experience and invites you to sunbathe and romantic sunsets after the sauna session.

Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.

The OstseeResort Olpenitz and the sailing and marina are located in the development. Therefore, it should be noted that there may be construction activities on the site.

Wir haben uns im Haus SchleiZeit sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal als Mieter in diesem schönen Haus. Die Lage des Objekts ist optimal und auch die Betreuung durch die Ferienhaus AG hat gut funktioniert. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.
