Cute place, Great Location

We came to Medford to visit our family who lives nearby. It was super cute and the neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again, next time we come to visit.

Check in was sent to my guest not me … called the host several times while parked in the driveway got nothing from phone calls finally got the code from my guest. Once inside the property was as expected, clean, nice, well stocked. The outside space was terrible all dry weeds not the green grass as advertised for the dogs and not contained fencing.

Cute Home

Very cute little home that was perfect for our family’s needs. The property manager is INCREDIBLY communicative, probably the most communicative PM I have ever dealt with. Was able to get ahold of them immediately with a check in issue, as well as throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Attention to details

Lots of little details that made the stay much nicer. (I wish every hotel / vacation rental would provide black make up wash cloths) Thank you

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
AC unit failed and it was over 80 inside all week. Smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana for weeks prior and we could not get smell out. Grass was really crispy and we didn't want to use the coal burning grill due to lack of water. Also tons of spiders everywhere with no screen on back bedroom.
