Completely remodeled unit with a beautiful ocean view, manatees visible just a walk across the street, great walking city near Brickell City Center, 2 pools, jacuzzi and pool in the building.

The space
We have a front yard where we like to sit in the afternoon to enjoy the sun down, go ahead, grab two beach chairs and enjoy fresh air.
