60 km southwest of Joensuu, Orivesi / Saimaa 35 m (536 km²), Rääkkylä 20 km. Own coastline on the Suursaari peninsula, almost a kilometer, and there is a shallow sandy bay that is very suitable for children. Own rowing boat and pier.

Modern villa built in 2011. The holiday home has a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a standing-height loft, hallway, electric sauna, washroom and toilet as well as a separate toilet, covered glass porch and large terrace with electric grill.

Villa Raita is the only villa in Suursaari that has a beach volleyball/badminton court for adults and children, a large trampoline for children, a full-size hockey goal and a launch pad where you can practice launching even in summer. In addition, the five-hectare island has a small garden. There are also a wide range of workshops and activities on offer, including catering services. The villa has the Welcome Cyclist badge. Villa Raita is part of the Organic Farming Eceat Finland organization.

There is a campfire site on the shore. Great outdoor activities, stunning lake nature, marked trails for snowshoeing, motorboating, cycling, trail running. Near the villa there is a nature reserve with its own 2.8 km long nature trail with a lean-to (800 m). A water hiking trail starts from the cottage. Good opportunities for fishing - the cottage has a fish processing area, a vacuum machine and a separate freezer. Excellent berry and mushroom picking spots. Fishing guide services are also available. Electric outboard motor for rent. Pajarinhovi living park 62 km, Visit Finland awarded Villa Raida with the Finrelax symbol as a well-being villa.

Reservations start at 4:00 PM and end at 12:00 PM on the day of departure (including weekend reservations).
